Hull #311, 1984, “Maniac”.  Extensive restoration in 2004 including: repair of moisture in deck core, topsides and deck painted with Awlgrip (see reflection of crew in photos for sense of how glossy topsides still are), most deck hardware replaced, including four new Harken self-tailing winches, Spinlock clutches, Harken traveler, front hatch, glassing over all through hulls except depth sounder, custom-made extra thick cushions (still in excellent condition).  In 2009 bottom was professionally redone for racing, with complete removal of all old paint, epoxy barrier coat applied, and Baltoplate sanded to 600 grit.  Critical non-skid areas recently refreshed with Kiwi-Grip.
Sails: main and genoa from Doyle Boston in 2014; one good spin; backup spin still OK; #3 worn but no tears; Doyle stack-pack main for cruising; various other back-up/curising sails.
Gear: Raymarine Autohelm; solar panel; full height stern pulpit; transom mounted swim ladder; solar vent (2014); Porti-Potti; mast stepping rig; SailComp (although I have never tried to use so I can’t attest to condition); depth sounder; Life Sling; anchor and rode; all running rigging for racing.
Motor: your choice of 2014 Mercury 4HP (four cycle with neutral and forward) which has never had ethanol, or 8.8HP Honda that came with boat when I got it.  Both have long shafts.
Mast and Standing Rigging:  my understanding is that the mast was replaced around 1994 and is the “new” version.  I have not replaced any standing rigging, but all appears to be in good condition.
Trailer is 1990 Cooper, dual axle, bunk style.  Tires replaced in 2010 and have less than 1,500 miles on them.  Bearings redone this year, and hydraulic surge brake actuator replaced this year also.  Ready to go anywhere. $14,500.  Beverly, MA.  Contact Roger Kuebel, 781-799-4047. rogerkuebel@gmail.com.
