2016 Class Championship
Results
The 2016 Class Championship is now in the books in which fond memories created. Racing was extremely close at the top with a different leader each day. After Day 1, Second Wind was in First place; after Day 2, Rebel was in First place; after Day 3 I Sea U was the ultimate winner of the regatta. Second Wind was the winner of the Dr. Mike Bremmer family trophy. Rebel won the trophy for highest placing amateur boat. A fantastic banquet dinner was put on by the Racine Yacht Club with steaks and a huge table of desserts. Scott Graham, one of the designers of the S2 7.9 who passed away this summer, was remembered on a couple of occasions during the regatta. Plan to join us at next year’s CCR in Holland, Michigan.
