New rudder cheekplates for S2 7.9. Made from 1/4" thick 6061 aluminum, then hardcoat black anodized. Will last a LONG time. I have the original set I made in 2004, they still look new.
CNC machined to original S2 specifications with the improvement of a bushing for the pivot bolt. Extra bushings always available. All holes drilled and countersunk where needed. Plug and play. Comes with new set of gougeon bushings, isolating tape for the gougeon straps where they contact cheeplates, so there's no galvanic action going on. Also add tape to all washers. Plus two 6" thin UHMW discs for between the rudder and plates (this is optional). You will be extremely happy with the final product.
