Purchased in 2016 in Washington DC. We sailed only in OH and IN. Minor dock rash and peeling paint. Clean cabin, though some carpet stains. New upholstery (head curtain, side pouches, main sail cover and exterior skirts). Full set of sails and lines. Trailer overhauled in 2016 and still roadworthy. Like new 2017 Mercury 5HP 4 stroke O/B. Good electrics; strong battery, new Bluetooth stereo, VHF radio, LED cabin lights, illuminated mag compass. New Thetford toilet (never used).
My wife had hip surgery so must give it up. Great buy!
